I have been in the organisation from past 3 yrs. I like being working, coming to office but some changes in the organization or cultural team decision does not find good. Decsion are not in favor of employees and makes it unhappy of the events. Overall I like the company and love work on it.

People are very nice, helpful, collaborative, transparency among everyone and the cultural events organised in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hierarchy is introduced recently and those who are in the organization from past 3 yrs when they join for them for example after the Analyst was Senior but now level 1 or 2. So, now the person has to wait for more 2yrs for same promotion which he could have achieved but due to the hierarchy cant
