Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bartending is supposed yo be a promotion except when having to worm service well we are making margenly less then a normal shift or floor shift. great employees are taken forgranted and reminded they are replaceable. Pay raise in service well. Make cuts from floor to match the volume of guest.
