What did you like most about the interview process?
As an interviewee it was the welcoming atmosphere and conversation interview style. As an interviewer, it is being able to truly find the best people for my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and dynamic, I don't worry about proposing changes. We are not mired in the mud of our ways, while still being able to pull on 150 years of experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the position that I hold and the number of employees who report to me I feel my salary is lower than it should be. I would also like stock options offered.
