I started my journey in an entry level role. The company has believed in me and watched me grow while moving onto new roles. I have been supported and guided by my piers and superiors. I feel that the only negative would be lack in internal communications at times. Overall, this is a great company!

My team is positive and motivating. We interact and share ideas that help support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership works with us in setting realistic goals and shows great support in helping us achieve each quarter
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the freedom that I receive in my role. There is little to no micro managing and my boss is extremely supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to work together to support one another on many different levels. Departments collaborate and have a clear end goal and how to achieve it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoy interviewing with different individuals with different roles. I was able to get a good idea of what was expected in each area of the business.
