Sr leadership could do a better job at listening. Staying positive. "If everything is a priority, nothing is a priority." They could be more selective on what they force into unrealistic timelines. Treating issues as a chance to learn instead of an opportunity to berate employees in front of others.

Our team had a great manager who they let go for political reasons. My current manager does his best. Their manager could a better job listening to the needs of their subordinates and of caring about the workers.

Compensation is fine - difficult to work with immature leadership

All focus is on shareholders and profit rather than compensation for work done

I am not paid much - better pay for a multi-billion dollar company would be nicer!

My current salary is about 40% below the market average; the type of engineering I do is hyper specialized, and half of the time my supervisor doesn't know what I do. The work is interesting, but the pay isn't acceptable.

Sr Leadership should appreciate its employees and celebrate successes. Compensation should be given with promotion. Sr Leadership should clear road blocks for employees within its processes. Better technical training should be given, greater education should be rewarded and encouraged.

The requirements for promotion are inconsistent and change based on who you talk to. Company should provide clear roadmap for what is needed to be promoted and what is expected that is different in each position. Once the roadmap is created for each position it needs to be clearly communicated.
