If there was a clear path for promotion. Seems based more on pandering.
Some of the senior leads are really attentive to me. Others, not so much.
The team is always open to sharing and teaching. Still, it is difficult to bring your own ideas in sometimes.
There is a certain immaturity as to how things are formally handled. The company can be relaxed, but perhaps too relaxed?
That they would give me a second chance. When I messed up on my first interview, I asked if they would give me a month to research the areas I was lacking and provide a presentation to demonstrate my ability to learn and grow. They actually allowed me to do that, impressed I would even ask.
