Every other meeting is tense. Everyone is on edge. Once a month I am on a negative email chain where people who are just trying to get work done fight. Senior management forwards threads where they have been talking bad about coworkers. Almost none of the process concerns are addressed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our team had a great manager who they let go for political reasons. My current manager does his best. Their manager could a better job listening to the needs of their subordinates and of caring about the workers.
