We have an transparent, candid environment where the team can openly express thoughts/ideas. Our leadership team are also hard working, drivers who inspire us to go above and beyond and do our best work.

Horrible atmosphere. The attorneys are kept busy issuing NDAs to former employees.

We have great PTO (more days than we ever take off) and great equity!
Best medical that I've ever had! Low premiums, low deductible.
It is very competitive compared to other packages
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance was cut without warning. We are three-four paychecks behind. We are encouraged to lie on these review sites about our culture.

My team has great chemistry. When we define a goal or milestone, we are all working hard to achieve it together, never feeling like someone isn't carrying their weight. We consistently hit our KPIs as a team.

The questions were unexpected, not your typical interview/HR questions. They gave me a timed test where you have to draw within 6 circles in 30 seconds, being as creative as possible, while also not missing a circle. The test helps tell about your personality.
I was able to meet the entire team before being offered a position. As a small company, it was nice to get to know the peole I'd be working with on a daily basis before jumping in.

Inappropriate questioning, but it was friendly.
