My team has great chemistry. When we define a goal or milestone, we are all working hard to achieve it together, never feeling like someone isn't carrying their weight. We consistently hit our KPIs as a team.

We inspire each other. Teamwork is truly a collaboration at Jammber. Even between departments. I've been on a conference call where it was supposed to only be about 15 minutes but it ended up being 45 mins to an hour because we just bouncing ideas off each other and creating something magical.
