What would you improve about your company's interview process?Talent department is not aware ! They dont know facts and pass on incorrrect information
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Remove long term managment personel and replace . Clean house ! Managment have become complacenr and bot held accountable doe their poor decisions . Infligjt flight attendant services and pilot managment both need to replaced . Not honest and quite frankly abusive!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managment hired incompetnet and not qualified pilots which presents a safety issue
