Review from Operations Dept

Just signed a new labor agreement that brings our compensation package in line with our peers. Wages have increased substantially and new work rules that will improve working conditions

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being held to unrealistic standards and metrics

JetBlue Undervalue their employees by not properly training them in all areas and then compensation is a joke for the many taxk we have to be responsible for day to day. This company is a joke!

Policies that benefit inflight crewmembers are not upheld; feedback from the work group is not respected, dismissed and not taken to implement positive change for crewmembets and customer experience. A pay raise and adequate compensation in situations when operational issues fail.

Overworked and they don't care

This company no longer care for their flight and inflight crewmembers.

Better union raises ! Livable wage

I contacted HR about discrimination and Hr wont return my emails or calls

Better pay, and the whole pay system is so broken for flight attendants.

Terrible attitudes and sloppy operation

A large part of my work day goes unpaid. I would like to be paid from when I arrive at work until I leave.

Review from Operations Dept

We are one of lowest paid in the industry. Flight attendants are not paid for boarding or deplaning even though we are working and assisting customers.

Better health benefits are needed

Poor retention so it seems as if were treated as "they wont last long anyway who cares how they do or what they think", pay is way below affordable wages so they would need to give a major raise before changing any views.

Review from Operations Dept

Not even paid for arriving to work on time

We have below average pay and benefits

A pay raise that will at least meet the current inflation.

With the minimum of a cost of living increase in my pay. The company should value their employees more especially the ones that have their customers returning time and time again.

Other airlines pay better we have less responsibility. Supervisors are a supportive tool they actually work as a team instead

If we actually made a living wage . They refuse to give us a raise .. instead they work us to the bone and threaten us With major repercussions if we call out

VERY! Bonuses or extra days off
