Management has lost site of the foundation of what the company was built. They need to bring humanity back to treatment of the crewmembers and provide financial compensation to crewmembers with raises, profit sharing and incentives

The COVID-19 pandemic has made this company (and leadership team) show its true colors. This company does not care about you. From unethical pay cuts, mandatory unpaid time off, extreme micromanagement, the list goes on for how this company treats its employees.

Company leadership is not good.
Management has made a series of very bad decisions that have absolutely destroyed employee morale, damaged our public image, and eroded the culture of the company. People are the most unhappy I have ever seen, most are seeking jobs elsewhere as a result.

JetBlue management is clearly the worst in the industry and are horrible to work with. There is not an ounce of faith in them by the people that work here.
FIRE the GO Manager for starters, make the supervisors actually work and not sit in an office just chatting and writing people up for things they don’t even see.

Our airline doesn't run well on a consistent basis, and our leadership's attention is elsewhere. Culture (real culture, not forced) is in extremely short supply. I hate to just be a "more money" parrot, but compensation IS key. Pay, profit sharing, vacation, scheduling, etc near the bottom.
