Treating humans fairly and stop devaluing and dehumanizing their employees. Live by the values they so call represent because at JetBlue ATL hub leadership does not live by the values.
Horrible management! They lead by fear
Paying better and take cara of their employeea
Get your stuff togethwr behind the scenes
Lead their department. Listen to front line employees
Being held to unrealistic standards and metrics
JetBlue Undervalue their employees by not properly training them in all areas and then compensation is a joke for the many taxk we have to be responsible for day to day. This company is a joke!
Policies that benefit inflight crewmembers are not upheld; feedback from the work group is not respected, dismissed and not taken to implement positive change for crewmembets and customer experience. A pay raise and adequate compensation in situations when operational issues fail.
Overworked and they don't care
This company no longer care for their flight and inflight crewmembers.
Treat everyone like they are apart of the team. Instead of rushing to judgement about new hirers they have not became familiar with.
Communication skills, speaking and listening
Help each other when you have the time
Attitude adjustments are in order.
Better leadership in the company

To mich discrimination on multiple levels
Attitudes and sloppy operation needs adjusting
Removing flags, removing shift bids, better shift options, management that listens,
The management needs to treat their employees fairly and stop abusing then by blatantly ignoring our new contact
Maybe a little more realistic truth when it comes to what type of environment will I be working in and why is this position open? Answer truthfully to the best.
as long as you know some one on the inside you can get hired. if you played seven degrees of separation, everyone know everyone by second degree!!!
There are no process. Very slow. Try to low ball potential candidates.
Have people do the interview that actually know how to do the job that they are interviewing for.
The pilot interview period should be shorter.
Review from Operations Dept
Management has lost site of the foundation of what the company was built. They need to bring humanity back to treatment of the crewmembers and provide financial compensation to crewmembers with raises, profit sharing and incentives
