Company should be run fairly and not a need for a union problems should be settled within store
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In this day and age managers need mental health checkups they must never swear or threaten employees with wage garnishment if they fail to sign in or out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get with the times. As absolute as you treat your employees this store is also there are way to many other options to shop. Jewel always feels like it's stuck in 1970's not in a good way
