Co-workers care about each other.

Co workers work together .management is always atodds

Union members working together to serve our stores

They are great at helping and serving those who need the help

The team members that are carrier workers in there role, are genuine and honest family oriented individuals, despite this companys unfair practices they come into work everyday and do there best, they are providing for there family in most cases.

Old school employees are the glue that hold the place together but management just gives them more to do

My teammates, don't hesitate to lend a hand. Especially when the shift gets busy.

Most of the remaining workers are generally friendly and easy to work with

patient, communication, make work fun, gets things done in a timely manner

If they were properly trained, that alone would be an improvement. Communication, and a willingness to ask and learn.

I dont have the same co workers ever. The turn over is so high

BEING A TEAM IS IMPORTANT!!!! BEING AWARE OF HOW YOUR CO-WORKERS ARE TREATING THE OTHER CO-WORKERS.

Its more on the managers to show the workers how to improve. A lot of times family workers make newer workers do their job. Even managers hide in the breakroom while bee workers/non family members get treated differently. Would be improved if everyone worked together instead of one worker doing it.

hire normal people but you need to rice pay

Placing workers who cannot ring liquor in proximity of workers who can, schedule baggers to work with cashiers as to make lines quicker, undervalue workers affect everyone negatively, provide water bottle year round instead of only for the duration of summer
