What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was honest about some things.

They know most of us just want to work. It’s an easy job
The manager there she was super nice and I told her I'd never done an interview before it was super nervous and she said that's fine. Just tell me a little about yourself and I got hired on the spot.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Because it was during covid everyone had to wear a mask. For whatever reason i was asked to remove my mask but when i asked others about their interview they werent asked to remove anything. The interview process should be fair and judge for skills not for what my lips or nose look like.
