
People sork hard and most are good workers but store director has the moral at its lowest and dont know how to talk to his people witch in turn brings everone down

The culture is: 1. Employees rarely talk to one another. This was a big hurdle to overcome b/c it is unlike any company I have worked for before. Conversation, interaction of ideas, allow us to grow.

More employees that want to work and show up for work. Better wages, I can't remember the last time we got a good raise. In 20 years I've gotten a combined $4 raise.
More respect for employees and fair compensation.

Problem is usually with managers, they offer little to no help during busy times. It is quite honestly hard to find them during certain times of the day as they are either on lunch or taking a smoke break.

Managers need to listen to employees and not mock their concerns, new employees should get an incentive for working weekends, rewards, have meetings with all employees as to give everyone a clear definition of goals and address any issues, realize that we are a team
