some of them are very nice

incredibly supportive about the work we do and the poeple we meet!

My manager values work-life balance

Reasonable and helpful and flexible

Some of them are nice others it depens on the day

Their motivation to keep employees in line

My leadership team is is very helpful, and patient even when I repeat questions.

Organized and Prepared for whatever conflicts and challenges that may arise in the workplace at any goven time

Get the job done right

My direct manager is a visionary. He is goal oriented and competitive, but not a dictator.

They know how to take care of business, but have a good time doing it and are very knowledgable.

They don't recognize you as an employee!

Good communication and aware days need off

What is a leadership team. I have never heard anything about it.

I have no experience with the leadership team prior to my time at jewel osco.

They tend to heavily depend on and favor some employees over others which I feel is unfair.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Enforcing standards. Expecting more of those who do less work, rather than expecting more of those already do the most work. Demanding maturity and shutting down bickering and backbiting. Leading hy example.

Telling the truth! Not lying on their team or to their team

Standing up for their employees

Overall employee morale. Fire them all!!!

They can learn the system per job and learn how long things take to be properly done, also can learn to coach

Doing more to actually help the problem. Most people don't want to work for jewel because they only pay $13 to work there. You can't take care of a family on that money. Instead of hiring more corporate workers take time to care for those in the store.

Not piling all the work on certain people

Aknowldeging talent when they have it.

COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION,ASSERTIVENESS, DISICIPLINE , AVALIBILITY.

We need better Communication, people skills,

Spreading work out evenly and working together

start treating there employees as human, they cut clouds with there noses and acting as Gods,

COMMUNICATION! And paying the bottom level employees a living wage

They need to be more up front with new employees. And not get upset when someone quits. They are going through high turnover, and they aren't doing anything about it.

The store director is weak and fails to discipline certain employees for fear of riots.He has contributed to the hostile work environment by keeping and wanting to rehabilitate poor employees because as he stated in an email We genuinely Need Them.What a joke! This adds to the hostile environment.

How will thry attract employees wirh low pay.

The leader ship was terrible too much drama and not being reasonable

paying some attention to everyone, not feeling the love

Stop treating people of color different

Communication, treating associates fairly, and ethics
