Terrible. We were lied to frequently, disrespected, and overworked. I was working over 50 hours a week without being full time often full eight hour shifts with no break. I was told i was irresponsible for attending a family members funeral. Minors were often told to operate equipment they shouldnt.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect for employees and fair compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Needs entirely new management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, respect, scheduling, following procedure, following the law. So many things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked one question and then asked when i could start and taken to file paperwork.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers were hardworking and understanding. We all knew we were under bad management and did our best to help each other out and boost each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expected to run a department with no official title and barely any raise. Told i was getting fill time in two weeks and it took over two months. Not paid fairly for my work and not treated as if they recognize or respect the work i put in.
