I feel completely neglected here, haven't been paid once, wasn't given a uniform, training's terrible (sitting in a dark room on a computer clicking through a powerpoint, no field training) and they haven't even given me my discount. worst first job I could have ever asked for

my coworkers which I seldom see are the only people who have told me anything about this job

I don't know what the customers think, but before as a customer I always treated it as "worse target"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better about compensation if I was compensated for my time, I haven't earned a penny at this dump
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's easy work and customers never get on my nerves, it's the higher ups that haven't even looked my way that I'm pissed about
