We encourage each other , teach each kther new tips and tricks fo make our customers comfortable and happy while shopping ar our store , as well as becoming a regular shopper woth our company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the covid , i do belive that we deserve more than a tiny bonus in the new year i believe that every employee can use a raise that coinsides with there hourly weeks worked
