Jewel Osco – I live I a neighborhood of mostly single people. My local Jewel made the decision to eliminate all the small shopping carts. I, and most others shopping, buy what they can carry home and don't need a huge shopping cart. I cannot carry a basket because it's too heavy. Bring back the small carts.
