WHile working for jewel we were understaffed and underpaid. Causing a lot of stress and little was done to actually help the situation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing more to actually help the problem. Most people don't want to work for jewel because they only pay $13 to work there. You can't take care of a family on that money. Instead of hiring more corporate workers take time to care for those in the store.
