What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick and I was hired on the spot.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Placing workers who cannot ring liquor in proximity of workers who can, schedule baggers to work with cashiers as to make lines quicker, undervalue workers affect everyone negatively, provide water bottle year round instead of only for the duration of summer

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers need to listen to employees and not mock their concerns, new employees should get an incentive for working weekends, rewards, have meetings with all employees as to give everyone a clear definition of goals and address any issues, realize that we are a team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Acknowledgement for performing well, micromanaging feels like busy work and makes me feel like I was not being played to my strengths, little to no feedback for completing task, stop talking down to employees, raises are almost nonexistent, treat me with the same respect I give you

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers set the employee's attitude, don't unload on employees. When I clock in, I should be able see what is expected of me, I shouldn't have to spend 5-10 minutes trying to find a manager. Stop the constant manager override, I shouldn't need an override for suspending an order or for canceled.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scheduling: If I'm working 3-11 pm, I should not be scheduled to come in the next day at 7am. Giving breaks at appropriate times, actually helping during hectic times, don't chide workers in front of customers, ensuring workers clean and finish duties as to not have it fall on said worker's relief.
