Understaffed, have more staff after 5pm till closing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple because the job is simple.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appropriate schedule, don't schedule me 3-11pm and then 6am-2pm the next day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are usually helpful and will help each other with larger work loads.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Problem is usually with managers, they offer little to no help during busy times. It is quite honestly hard to find them during certain times of the day as they are either on lunch or taking a smoke break.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making mininum wage is fine, the problem comes with absolutely no benefits for working certain times. As of June 2017, new hires get no benefits for working weekends or holidays. Employees hired after Jan 2014 only receive $2 extra for Sundays and holidays.
