The lot schedule, the wages, call offs.

Some of them are respectful and kind to others, willing to work with my pace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was respectful and kind when I was nervous and didn't tell me that I wasn't right for the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way employees/store director/manager talk to each other and the customers. I think it could be improved if people weren't so disrespectful just be nice and respectful to everyone we work with.
