Like I said, everybody knows one another.

We're pretty much a big family

Getting paid...and seeing my co-workers.

I liked that the manager didn't fault me for being late (I got caught by a train)

I like that everybody knows one another and for the most part, is friends with one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that our CEO needs to realize that this company was built on the backs of the "underlings" and without us, there would be NO Jewel Osco.
