I got the job very quickly and met a lot of people that are currently on my team.

They are hungry for success in their lives and will work together when motivated and aligned by the right reasons to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like the starting pay to be 10 dollars an hour instead of 8 and I would like the executives to think about how to make work easier for (everybody) and communication between them and the employees more frequent instead of quit visits and check ups that do little.
