Most of my co workers are good and fun people

Meant to put no on the last one and my co workers make me happy I guess.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat your employees better, not verbally abuse us every time your managers or corporate managers come in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much work for one person. Horrible co workers and managers (excepts my store and assistant store managers) horrible corporate managers that come in every now and then. Always criticized and made fun of. Inappropriate corporate managers and manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop slacking and do your job. Quit avoiding the counter the customers aren’t going to bite you. Quit having so many smoke breaks and quit going I. The back room chatting. Stop dropping most of the work on me. Quit usi
