I do a lot of work for a minimal pay and I am a trade specialist. Being a butcher is not easy I should be paid accordingly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I take pride in being a butcher and cutting meat. I enjoy spreading the knowledge and skills that I have two other people. But I’m not paid enough to do
