Insanely. Daily. We have a large bottle of ibuprofen in the break room and you know when someone is coming in for their shift when you hear it rattle. The stress and pressure from a management perspective is unreal. They refuse to provide more then the bare minimum of hours and constantly increase the workload with the poorest communication, often changing direction as the other person mentioned. If you work here, you will be working your a— off every day with the most incompetent corporate directions.

Very. Have you complete a huge task, only to undo that task a few days later. Management can't make up their mind or regional manager tells manager to change the previously completed action.
