Overall I enjoyed the position I was in, I was given some leeway with what I needed to do; however, there was micromanaging but unfortunately not relating to work.

Leadership was terrible, picked sides, was very picky and negative and unprofessional

There was a group interview and it seemed they were looking for personality

The leadership at the school I was at was unprofessional. They were too demanding of the little things and didn't pay attention to the bigger picture.
