Willing to listen, and work on problems
Stuck with rules of the company
We work as a team and get it done
they have to bring people with experience, really experience and not friends or "yes men"!
They need to stop being stuck up
The education system for the students is good. The leadership and development plan for the employees isn't well structured. Although the cost of living is increasing it seems near impossible to get a pay raise and bonuses do not exist. We need a better way to keep employees involved.
Checks more often opened contracts accounting
Health benefits are paid by the company
My wage was fair, I did not need the benefits
Medical I love it. Better than others
I don't agree the compensation plan adopted by the company it is old and obsolete
Our compensation isn't discussed. It feels like if we talk about it, we are asking for a brand new luxury car. The management team gets "appalled".
I think the hopeful attitude they keep and understanding they have when it comes to personal matters and time and scheduling
We all work together for the common goal
I don't have best thing to mention
Everyone wanted to work together as a team
We have a youthful team that creates new ideas.

My coworkers and the light they bring to every shift
Team work, enjoyable decent work
We have a strong culture and is recommended that we all follow.
Getting done things in timely manner bc of the great team work we have
to change the company culture we need NEW people
The leadership at the school I was at was unprofessional. They were too demanding of the little things and didn't pay attention to the bigger picture.
Was given a tour so I could physically see the work that I would be doing
There was a group interview and it seemed they were looking for personality

It took a very long time for the hiring process to take place almost 2 months. I couldn’t believe this when I knew they were in desperate need of help and feel that could be a major improvement. They need to do testing with knowledge and skills prior to hiring and move quicker when interviewi
no suggestions to improve the interview process
All truths separate falsehood opening and beginning
Helping people, doing what I love
You can feel in sense that there is a lack of groundedness and productivity when it comes to consistency at this school. The way in which this could be improved is by proper training, optimistic, mindset, and positive reinforcement to employees who bend over backwards for them
to improve the company we have to change the top management
Leadership was terrible, picked sides, was very picky and negative and unprofessional
I used to be excited to go into work. Now I stroll in late because I know that even if I were to perform extremely well or not at all - I'm still not being compensated.
