they have to bring people with experience, really experience and not friends or "yes men"!
They need to stop being stuck up
The education system for the students is good. The leadership and development plan for the employees isn't well structured. Although the cost of living is increasing it seems near impossible to get a pay raise and bonuses do not exist. We need a better way to keep employees involved.
