Its been an ok experience. I would like more chances to further myself with in the company without having to go out and get an extra degree.

that its only 3 of us in the office.

I come in do what I have to and then leave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only like my direct manager. She is very understanding and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like for our benefits, insurance premiums to not be so high. I am unsatisfied with my take home compensation because its not enough to make a living.
