What did you like most about the interview process?
Better at new company due to culture.
for me it was average but it varies for each person accordingly
I had a different manager at the time that was actually nice to me.
I was asked about my own personal goals, to see what position would best fit my goals
so much was online; in terms of the background check and the references; that was very helpful
they was nice and sweet

HR needs a complete overhaul. It operates as an independent entity with no accountability to candidates or hiring teams.
