What is the best part about your compensation package?
the hourly pay was what I expected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation is required for the heavy workload. Benefits are not negotiated well.

Friendly, motivated, dress well and work hard.

More ethnically diverse, not allowing other co-workers to dictate trainee outcome.
