What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really good benefits with insurance premiums covered
Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability plan premiums are 100% covered by the company. Along with that, employees are eligible for 2 separate Profit Sharing plans in the form of a quarterly bonus and very healthy annual retirement contributions.
No premiums and free membership to local medical centers.

Salary is below the market average, but is offset is offset by great benefits. Still I would consider them just average in compensation.
