Super friendly and highly collaborative. This threw me off at first because I wasn't used to this much support and collegiality

knowing that what I do makes a difference ... in the lives of employees, in the business of clients, I am making an impact every day and feel like I am leaving my handprints all over the work I produce. Work is fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The HR team is focused on helping the business succeed and ensuring that every employee is valued, heard, motivated and cared for. They broke the mold with this group, not the typical HR police in other companies. First class professionals and true champions of the people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is tied to performance and it is not so rigid like other companies I have worked for...you don't have to sit in a seat for 2 years before you are eligible for promotions...if you deserve it you get it...other places have rules about how many times you can get promoted over what period of time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters want to know your story because they want to make sure you will be happy here. About a week after I started the VP of recruiting called to make sure that what I was getting was what I thought I signed up for. It was and then some...she still calls every few months just to check
