The benefits are not good, packages keep changing. No stock options currently

Lots of food, snacks, and coffee. Clean office and enough meeting rooms

It's fair, I received great training, and wasn't rushed into a full schedule before I was ready

They are willing to listen to us and actually make swift changes. I honestly believe they want to make us all as happy as possible

They really had to make sure cultural fit was in sync before hiring me. The benefit of that is I naturally plugged right into the company
