We get a bonus if we hit our goals and objectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard and play hard. We can all laugh together even when it's so crazy busy. We want to see each other succeed and do well. The camaraderie is wonderful and is so important in a fast paced company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really care about their employees, their families and everyone's physical, mental, and emotional well being. They did not furlough anyone through the pandemic and even supported us with funds to buy some basic workout equipment, invested in apps, and were kind and compassionate.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues and friends that I have at the company. They help make work so much better and rewarding. I have some amazing mentors now that I can lean on when I need a sounding board. Like I said prior, "work hard, play harder." The relationships make it so much more rewarding and enjoyable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was hired, the CEO was still interviewing candidates that had a good chance of being hired. The time with Ray, the CEO was so enjoyable and fun. I got to really get to know him on a professional and personal level. He was easy to talk to and I was quite comfortable. We shared a few laughs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall the team really supports each other. People care for one another and I have made some really good life long friendships here and will take with me no matter where I work. We all try to help and support each other. We make it as fun as possible since it can be a high stress and very fast pace
