What needs to change to make the company culture better?Put the managers in check, or remove them and replace them with someone who has better experiance dealing with employees. Treat us like adults, and not ignorant children who are mass punished. Alot of us are veterans who left the military because of treatment like this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Our leadership has gone far beyond authority to enforce rules and restrictions of their own making to include on an off post restrictions. Even ability to eat in dinning facilities. Its is like working in an unorganized dictatorship.
