What is the best part about your compensation package?

The vacation we are allotted from the beginning is pretty decent.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are eager to hear from the team and value our opinions. We're encouraged to be creative and try things out that are new.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It felt more like a conversation rather than being grilled with questions. Everyone that interviewed me was kind, patient and genuinely interested in learning more about me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The flexibility. We are trusted to manage our time accordingly and we're tracked more on the work we produce rather than if we're sitting in our office chair from 9-5.
