They respect data and expertise! If you can prove your case with this, they'll support you the whole way. I am given space to innovate new ideas and grow within my role (and I'm supported the entire time). Very grateful for that environment!

The recognition through paid benefits and time off is definitely competitive

There's a lot of room to work flexibly!

The vacation we are allotted from the beginning is pretty decent.

It is robust! The salary is competitive, we have a new benefits package that is more inclusive and raises are generous and timely.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive is working across teams. There is a lot of opportunity to work with other departments and that fosters a great sense of creativity and community.

We're encouraged to innovate and find new ways to grow. Successes are publically announced as High Fives on Slack, in department meetings and as part of a Gratitude piece on company wide huddles. There's a lot of love going around!

The flexibility. We are trusted to manage our time accordingly and we're tracked more on the work we produce rather than if we're sitting in our office chair from 9-5.

We hustle but in a fun and collaborative way

It was challenging but I thought the questions were fair and the length was standard.

It felt more like a conversation rather than being grilled with questions. Everyone that interviewed me was kind, patient and genuinely interested in learning more about me.
