You have to keep your mouth shut and do as your told. Don't go to the restroom to much u can get in trouble for that keep working at all times only take a breather when its ur break or lunch u get 30 minutes for lunch and 20 minutes for break and remember don't be late coming back!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need benefits like 401k, health insurance, personal time off and more than a week vacation over a certain amount of years. If not 401k then pension of some kind.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not coming behind and on the sides of the workers folding their arms watching them work. Please stop bothering them all the time about pull up your mask, glasses while workers are hard at work
