Lack of support and having a set schedule will reduce the amount of call offs leaving those who are present get the bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position is very complex and requires you to provide your own internet and phone without compensation. The hourly rate should reflect those two situations.
