What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't even know who my coworkers are most of the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They aren't too pushy, just let employees work as long as everything is okay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not really worth it for the work and there are little to no benefits available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just don't like subbing. It is not satisfying. I will be mistreated by students and by most staff, depending on the district. Especially Liberty Public Schools. Very unwelcoming to subs.
