Compensation needs to improve. Benefits need to improve. Our new manager is great, but the owners need to become hands off as soon as possible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is misadvertised. You're led to believe that they'll pay you up to $15/hour. That's a lie. You're led to believe they will increase your pay after you stop being a trainee. That's also a lie. You also find out on your first day that you have to pay to work here. $90.
