I come in early I work hard I do what's ask and some I feel I deserve more pay because I am the cook the Lee Cook and without the cook there's no sales like I said I'm very good at what I do and I just want to be paid fairly

I feel undervalued because when I asked for a raise, I am told that I can't get one even though I have came in early have worked doubles have helped managers do their job have been called a bitch with a manager after previously talking to a GM have been tried to fire unfairly due to Haras

Ive been working here for several years, throughout the good parts and bad, I have put this job before most of everything in my life and have never been recognized once.

Because i am treated poorly. Ive always gone above and beyond for my kfc franchise and it was never once appreciated. Im not saying i need praised for doing my job, but i would at least like to get treated fairly and payed fairly

Yes I am younger however I do muck more work then all of the older people so we should be paid the same

I feel undervalued because i worked hard to earn my position i was hired as a shift manager 3 weeks in was offered assistant manager position i accepted the role worked long hrs 6 days a week no write ups no discepencies no problems until my Gm felt like a person to bend the truth for her

Highturn over rates mean not much time is invested into employees. I was barely provided any training.

Because I was new worker I should be respectful way or train me correctly

I would get rehired with better pay and a better position alomg with Apologies from the boss for the way they treated me .
