Everything the leadership doesn't exist in this place

Treat everyone with respect and let me come work everyday
listening to employees and understanding them
Professionalism, Integrity, Honesty and real leadership, and know how to be happy for someone when they elevate themselves to something better instead of bitterness
I feel undervalued, and treated unfairly.
Barely any shifts shifts and I work from when I clock on till when I clock off I believe i should get at least four shifts most of the and the pay is not worth the work environment
I just started 2 weeks ago and from my understanding, money's already been coming up missing out of the register. So now they're trying to blame, you know, me.\n I don't agree with that. I just started. This issue was already going on before I got here as well as the food costs is all bad.

I need to be at work everyday day I need more days to work
They not taking federal texts out my check
Not to bully me when I tell the cook what I need next for Chicken. Help when needed and not stand around on their phone.
professional and Keep the store clean
We dont have meetings. Theres no communication.
Everything fixing things and updating things
Needs more training and working together at a team vs against each other. The company needs a no drug policy
Getting a new store manager and get rid of all the drug users as well as employees respected more and treated fairly
The managers being held responsible for there wrongdoings and actually apologising when theyre rude instead of being written off as "different managing style". These two specific managers need to be properly trained and disciplined for there issues and affecting the mental health if the team
Management need a crash course in managing people

New management. Better training. More monitoring
The enviorment for enployees and staff
More detailed questions before hire, making sure the person they interview is worth hiring, and not hiring family members
They do it relatively fast
The general manager can be more engaged and scheduled with his interviews.
Just look over all things and pick good people
I wasnt even interviewed when I started working for KFC
It's mainly things I've stated before and are why to slow
Trying to get my 401k
Due to no structure and no firm leadership, we are not getting anything done properly when it comes to service, speed and quality.
Cleancliness and sanitary work practices. Making sure food is cooked thoroughly and properly.
Review from Sales Dept
We have to be able to stand up for ourselves against the awful customers and not be taken advantage of.
look, im just not happy.
Review from Customer Support Dept
More inclusive of LGBTQ people, especially transgenders. I've let my crew know multiple times but to no avail. I want to quit most days because of this. I've heard manager say disrespectful things about me as well about my gender identity in another room as well.
Review from Product Dept
Better cleaning tools and more motivated co-workers
Employees not down grading, but building up team members.
